ef119b317b Refresh and improve Compose UI (#4082) 
This PR mainly does the following:
* Removes the deprecated `accompanist-insets` UI
* Migrates all components to use Material 3
* Adds basic support for expanded window classes
* Updates copy to reflect Material design guidelines

There are also minor changes in this PR:
* Move font preferences to General settings 
* Update styling of `PreferenceCategory`
* Add previews and documentation for some components
* Fix paddings/layout consistency of certain UI elements
