Surfer 0d45c636a8 Surfer-C3-1.14tft 支持默认离线语音唤醒配置等 (#951)
* 添加 Surfer-C3-1.14TFT开发板支持

添加 Surfer-C3-1.14TFT开发板,基于C3的1.14寸LCD开发板,支持GPIO2  ADC 电池电量检测,应用于wifi Modem-Sleep 和低电量提醒。

* 修改surfer-c3-1.14tff电池电量适配值

修改surfer-c3-1.14tff电池电量适配值,电池容量400ma

* 修改支持默认离线语音唤醒配置等

1. 增加 config.json 文件默认支持离线语音唤醒配置和USB_SERIAL_JTAG
2. 微调电池电量值显示范围参数
