Three new Waveshare ESP32-P4 development boards have been added (#691)
* Added third-party hardware support Waveshare-ESP32-P4-WIFI6-Touch-LCD-3.4C, Waveshare-ESP32-P4-WIFI6-Touch-LCD-4C, Waveshare-ESP32-P4-WIFI6-Touch-LCD-4B * Remove the README * Merge ESP32-P4-WIFI6-Touch-LCD-3.4C and ESP32-P4-WIFI6-Touch-LCD-4C into one board * Add readme files
