- Add LauncherState#isTaskbarAlignedWithHotseat() which defaults to !isTaskbarStashed(), but is always false for quick switch from home
- Replaced FLAG_TRANSITION_STATE_START_STASHED and FLAG_TRANSITION_STATE_COMMITTED_STASHED with FLAG_STATE_TRANSITION_RUNNING and a reference to mLauncherState. STATE_START is equivalent to TRANSITION_RUNNING changing to true, and STATE_COMMITTED is equivalent to TRANSITION_RUNNING changing to false. Then can get details from the state such as whether taskbar is stashed and icon alignment from mLauncherState

Haptics introduced at the key moments:
- Task scroll in overview or quick switch, trigger when a new task comes
to the center of the screen;
- Task scroll in overview when overscroll animation is triggered;
- Task dismissed in overview;
There is also a configured min gap between two scroll haptics set to
20ms to prevent fast scrolls from creating a chain of cancelled effects.

- Add vertical offset calculations to RecentsView (in addition to
the existing horizontal offset which has been renamed accordingly).
- LauncherState#getOverviewScaleAndOffset() now supports both
horizontal and vertical offsets and is specified such that overview
appears and disappears from the bottom of the screen rather than the
side.
- Quick switch still uses horizontal offset to come from the side.
- No longer need to scroll to page 0 when translating offscreen.
- Update interpolators for overview to home transition.
- Align 2 button mode transition with 0 button mode.

- Add SKIP_SCRIM for mNonOverviewAnim, as the scrim is already
handled by mXOverviewAnim (this prevents some flickering).
- If RecentsView is empty, fade it in. This is less jarring than
the "No recent items" appearing immediately without animation,
and ensures it fades out seamlessly if you return home instead.

This allows the default flag to be 0 instead of PLAY_ANIMATION, and is

It is only used by NoButtonQuickSwitchTouchController. Also removed
the interpolator overrides that are no longer needed since we don't
animate the shelf into overview mode.

The shelf no longer exists in 0 button mode, so it's not necessary
to wait for workspace to be invisible before allowing the pause.

- Update MotionPauseListener to have 2 methods: the existing
onMotionPauseChanged(isPaused) and onMotionPauseDetected()
- onMotionPauseDetected is the default as most listeners only
care about the first detected pause
- AbsSwipeUpHandler still listens to pause changes, to help
determine the end target at the end of the gesture

We no longer support the "peeking" model where the shelf would
peek on motion pause from an app and overview would peek on motion
pause from home. Thus, removed/inlined the following:
- FlingAndHoldTouchController (merged into its sole subclass
NoButtonNavbarToOverviewTouchController)
- ShelfPeekAnim
- OverviewPeekState
