- If Launcher finishes the animation, that also cleans up the screenshot
  on the server side, so we can skip calling it

- Similar to LauncherRecentsView.onTouchEvent, don't allow touch to escape if overview UI is shown
- Add FLAG_OVERVIEW_UI to RecentsState
