7e57ae0e4b Remove MyApps / Market widget from the default Launcher2 
Finsky will provide the widget. MyApps is just a list of
apps that the user owns / installed. It's no longer used
to browse available apps and will not have a widget.

b64b67a012 Fix http://b/issue?id=2203681 
There is a race between the view system
dispatching focus and mRollo being intialized. Now
if AllApps is supposed to gain focus before mRollo
is ready we remember that state and gain focus 
later.

138a04170d AI 147564: Merge back from search branch to donut. Notes: 
- all public apis and framework changes have been reviewed by relevant folks in our branch (e.g romainguy)
  - all new public apis are @hidden; they will still get reviewed by api council once we're in git
  - other than that, it's mostly GlobalSearch and search dialog stuff, a new apps provider, and some tweaks
  to the contacts provider that was reviewed by jham
