In Launcher.completeAddShortcut, commend out the code that
calls PinRequestHelper.createWorkspaceItemFromPinItemRequest,
then open chrome -> add to home screen -> add -> add
automatically.
4. ShortcutDragPreviewProvider
qdb -> long press on suggested app that has deep shortcut
-> drag to workspace.
