TaskbarAllAppsSlideInView.onBackInvoked() can be triggered by ViewGroup.dispatchKeyEvent(event) with KEYCODE_BACK, in that case we should skip scale animation

1. setClipChildren(false) for WidgetFullSheet and content view during animation
2. setClipToOutline(true) for WidgetsRecyclerView and provide ViewOutlineProvider to expand bottom by 5% of height
3. Override calculateExtraLayoutSpace() for ScrollableLayoutManager
4. Manually modify AbstractSlideInView#mContent's background drawable during scale animation

- Avoid overriding interpolator in AllAppsTransitionController.setStateWithAnimation as it's no longer needed and it'll wrongly override interpolator for ANIM_ALL_APPS_FADE
- Override ANIM_ALL_APPS_FADE to FINAL_FRAME in QuickstepAtomicAnimationFactory for tap deadzone to dismiss animation, also added EMPHASIZED_ACCELERATE for the dismiss animation
- Tuned dismiss animation across form factors to 300ms

- Make AllApps bottom sheet solid and appears from bottom
- Teleport AllApps bottom sheet as user drag to reduce drag range
- Consider teleport interpolation for state transition sdetection
- Tuned workspace motions for AllApps bottom sheet (no translate, shrink)
- Add portrait vertical translate for tablet portrait including taskbar AllApps
- Updated bottom sheet handle and created common variables for other bottom sheets

All apps can now be dismissed via the scrim or swiping down. To properly
behave as an AFW, the apps view can no longer be within the taskbar's
layout, and will instead add and remove itself from the drag layer.

Linking header position to an empty entry in the recyclerView,
instead of calculating the vertical scroll position. This
allows the header to be in sync with the recyclerView scroll and
item animations
Other simplifications:
> Moving top collapse handle out of header view (it doesn't scroll)
> Removing background clipping logic from full-sheet
> Moving tab bar inside the header view

Pin widget sheet should open from bottom up and close on drag down.
Behaviour with navigation bar is similar to that of widgets bottom sheet.
Add a drag layer and reuse AbstractSlideInView for open-close
animation.
Test: Tested manually- opening, closing through dragging/ cancel button/
back button. Adding widget to screen by dragging/ add to home screen
button.

WM is making changes which allows apps to maintain
their orientation independent of the orientation of
the foreground app. This allows recents to always start
in portrait even when the app currently running is in
landscape. This means we have to give the illusion of
a landscape oriented overview when user swipes up in
gesterual nav when launcher is started in portrait
configuration.
PagedOrientationHandler abstracts all coordinate specific
logic from Paged/RecentsView primarily, but also all
other dynamic calculations throughout launcher.
PagedViewOrientationState is the single point of exposure
to other classes that depend on those changes. The goal
is to also minimize holding state to allow for default
implementations of PagedOrientationHandler for all the
3p/Fallback classes. PagedViewOrientationState also
holds other data around rotation that isn't
specifically tied to view logic.
The fake landscape overview can be toggled with:
adb shell settings put global forced_rotation [0/1]

If while the work profile info card opening animation was
playing you pressed the Work tab repeatedly, close() was
called. That caused the animation to never complete
properly (onAnimationEnd() was never called). This CL
makes sure to not call close() if the animation is
still running.
