LoggerUtils had a lot of methods with same name and similar arguments
but completely different behavior.
Instead only defining macros in LoggerUtils and movoing the action
logic in the UserEventDispatcher.

- $ adb shell setprop log.tag.UserEvent DEBUG will turn on debugging
